  • Identifying a suitable land parcel – our team has physically surveyed and studied all major micro-markets across six metropolitan cities (NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai) that are established/upcoming hubs for development of warehousing infrastructure. We advise investors in choosing the best available land parcel that would help them achieve their warehousing investment goals. From 4 to 100 acres, we have a whole host of options available for investors across these metropolitan cities.
  • Selecting a developer/contractor with strong experience – whatever said and done, real estate, especially warehousing, is a local business. We have vast network of developers/contractors that have strong experience in developing and leasing warehousing infrastructure in very specific micro-markets within these six metropolitan cities. We help investors select the best developers/contractors in the micro-markets of their choice.
  • Arranging debt financing (if required) for construction – we have a network of 200+cbanks, NBFCs and family offices that provide short, medium and long-term debt for warehousing construction projects.
  • Marketing/business development for leasing out constructed warehouses – our team, comprising of alumni from IIT, ISB, NITIE and Manipal, has network of senior professionals at top logistics, FMCG, and e-commerce companies that are usually the biggest clients for warehousing developments.
  • Monetizing completed assets through lease rental discounting (LRD), and lastly, sale of yielding assets to prospective investors that, inter alia, include individuals, HNIs, family offices and institutional investors.
  • For developers with experience, we also arrange preferred equity or structured debt for new land acquisition for logistic park projects. The quantum of investment varies from INR 50-100 Cr or upwards.
